MN Rule 5208 - Safety Committee Requirements
Every public or private employer of more than 25 employees shall establish and administer a joint labor-management safety committee. A safety committee must hold regularly scheduled meetings unless otherwise provided in a collective bargaining agreement. Failure for a company to provide adequate meetings related to safety is punishable as a serious violation under section 182.666.

FY17 members - Dr. David Thompson, Dan Schroeder, Matt Phelps, Steve Gibbs, Sheila McNeill, Ellen Rollie, Melinda Kieffer, Kristen Schnell, Derrick Heddlesten, Amy Thompson, Angie Lake, Todd Emanuel, Sheila Gossman, and Dan Fitch (IEA).
Meetings are scheduled for 6:45 a.m. on the following Thursdays: 10/13/16, 12/8/16, 3/9/17, 5/11/16
Meetings will be held in the MS/HS board room (rm 425) unless notified of location change.
